Terms & Conditions


  1. Aussie Aromas is an Australian website. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.  There is no GST applied to our prices.
  2. We currently only ship within Australia.
  3. We do not impose minimum order quantities, however ordering items in bulk can result in substantial savings.


  1. Shipping costs are calculated depending on weight, volume and destination. Freight will be calculated at checkout, you will be notified of cost prior to payment.
  2. Please provide a physical address for shipping. Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes/Locked Bags etc.
  3. All orders must be paid for and cleared prior to shipping.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is correct, any re direction of orders due to an incorrect address will incur additional fees and payable by customer.

  5. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Order Confirmation

You will receive email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed which confirms your order and delivery details – please check these are correct. If you haven’t received anything within 24 hours, please contact us with your details so that we can check your order has been processed correctly.

Changing an Order

As long as we haven’t yet packaged and posted your order we can usually make alterations. Contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Payment Options

  1. Direct Bank Deposit – Our account details will be provided when you check out if you choose this option. Bank deposit payments usually take around 2 working days to clear. Your order will be shipped once this payment has cleared.
  2. Paypal: You can make payment via credit card or PayPal if you choose this option.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements:

  1. Any discrepancies with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. If contact is made after 7 days, replacements, exchanges or returns will be at the discretion of Aussie Aromas. 
  2. If an error has been made by Aussie Aromas with regards to your order, whether invoicing or packing, we will pay for return shipment. If the customer requires urgent re-dispatch, it will be necessary to pay for the goods at time of re-order, this will then be refunded once we receive the returned goods.
  3. If the customer has made an error when ordering, or wishes to return their items for any reason that is not the fault of Aussie Aromas, then their order can be returned if reported within 7 days and products are unopened.  Goods must be returned in re-saleable condition.  Return freight will be at customer's expense and a 20% restocking fee will apply.  
  4. Goods must be re-packed carefully for return, please enclose a letter identifying your invoice number, name and contact details as well as why the goods are being returned.  
  5. All goods must be unused when returned to Aussie Aromas in order to qualify for a refund.
